Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM.

Are pets allowed at The Metropolitan? What are the pet fees and restrictions at The Metropolitan?
The Metropolitan is pet-friendly, welcoming up to two pets per apartment! A non-refundable pet fee of $400, along with a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process. A yearly fee of $20 is applicable for this service. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
Is there guest parking available at The Metropolitan?
We offer first-come, first-serve parking throughout our community for both residents and guests, so everyone has easy access.

Residents do not pay for parking.
Is there on-site maintenance at The Metropolitan in Houston, TX? How do I request maintenance?
Our dedicated maintenance team is available onsite. Residents can submit requests through the Resident Portal, and our team aims to respond within 48 hours.
How do residents receive packages as residents of The Metropolitan?
Packages must be delivered to the resident directly at their home.
Does The Metropolitan in Houston, TX offer valet trash services?
Conveniently, 2 trash rooms are located on every floor. The residents can leave their trash bags, properly tied and secured, and boxes. All boxes must be broken down in the room.

Yes, we are proud to be a smoke-free community, offering a healthier and cleaner living environment for all residents.

No, currently The Metropolitan does not offer courtesy patrol. For emergencies, please call 911.

All homes have wood style flooring throughout.

Yes! The Metropolitan offers large patios with a storage closet. Our 1st floor homes facing the resort-style pool have their own yard with a gate that can be locked.

Yes! Our clubhouse is open to residents Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 1 PM to 5 PM. Inside, you'll find a cozy activity room, Media room, Business Center, and much more.

Residents are not required to provide renters insurance. There is no fee or charge associated with a resident not having renter’s insurance.
How do I apply to rent one of the 1- and 2-bedroom apartment homes at The Metropolitan in Houston, TX?
To apply, please call us 346-595-1900 or stop by our Leasing Office to fill out an application. From there, our team will provide further instructions on how to provide your income documents and other necessary documents.
What is the deposit at The Metropolitan and are there any other fees?
An application fee, administration fee, and holding fee are required at the time of application. Additional move-in fees may apply. PetScreening.com accounts are also required for all residents.
How do I pay my rent?
Rent can be paid through our online portal, by personal check, or cashier’s check.
When is rent due at The Metropolitan in TX?
Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month.
